USC TACTICAL MATCH Idaho

GENERAL:    There will be 3 matches.  Each match will test the long range skill of the shooter when under time pressure.

MATCH 1:    308 class rifle/ranging reticule.  8 targets.  All must be hit.  The shooter that hits all 8 targets in the fastest time wins.

MATCH 2:    Any rifle/scope.  Ranges to 8 targets will be known.  The shooter that hits all 8 targets in the fastest time wins.

MATCH 3:    Any Semi auto PISTOL with IRON SIGHTS.  Any caliber.  1 target at 100 yards.  Shooter that hit the target 5 times in the fastest time wins.

All three matches will run concurrently.

CONDUCT OF THE Tactical Match Idaho:

MATCH 1 will be fired from the north(right) end of the 1000 yd berm.  There will be one shooter and 2 scorers.  No electronics allowed in this match.  The shooter may range and engage targets in any order but must let the scorers know, in advance,  which target he is moving to next.  The 8 targets will be:  4″X6″, 6″X8″, 8″X12″, 10″X15″, 12″X18″, 9″X16.5″, 19″X24″ and 22″X24″.  The ranges will be between 200 yards and 750 yards.  The time will end when the last target is hit.

MATCH 2 will be fired from the center of the 1000 yd berm.  There will be one shooter and 2 scorers.  There will be 8 targets at known distance.  Shooters may use any and all devices to verify range etc.  Shooter may engage targets in any order but must let the scorer know, in advance, the order he intends to shoot the targets in.  The targets will be:  12″X18″, 22″X24″, 6 e silhouettes (20″X40″)  The time will end when the shooter hits the last target.

MATCH 3  will be fired on the left end of the 1000 yard berm.  There will be one shooter and one scorer.  The shooter will fire until the target has been hit 5 times.  The target will be 9″X16.5″ and will be placed on the 900 yard berm (100 yd shots)  The pistol must be a semi auto and have only iron sights.

THE REALLY BIG MATCH will be the total of the times from Match 1, Match 2, and Match 3.  The shooter with the  fastest combined time will be the REALLY BIG MATCH WINNER and receive “The Patch”

Meet at the 100 yd line @ 0800          Total  Match fee for all matches  $20.00
